Very sadly, I had a lot of communication issues. I booked a basic £99 service but without asking me they did a much more expensive service. They charged me for screen wash when I had filled the day before, damaged a rear seat and drained my battery

The best thing about Mini used to be the PERSONNAL service we used to get. Now that feeling is diminishing rapidly. The 'personless' handover is NOT an improvement - NOTHING beats the personal welcome we used to receive

It was chris and ben they did everything they could to try to fix even thinking out the box. Its mini designers discriminating disabled people with disabilities . Why put a great big screen in the car with people who are photo sensitive/epileptic !
