The staff at Partridge did a great job - from booking, to fitting in with my schedule, to delivering the car back lovely and clean (it wasn't when I delivered it to Partridge!); and it's now running better too (of course).

Obtaining new part (airbag control) took more than 7-10 days, however Enterprise car was supplied. Some issues with this (Enterprise) but overall ok. .

I am never clear where I take my car for service. When i come for service i never know until the day of service whether the car goes to Mini or BMW desk and you get out of the car and then get told to drive to a different desk.
