Rowan and the brand manager were really good. Rowan was knowledgeable and passionate about mini. Came across well not to pushy and answered all the questions we had. Rowan, handed over the car really well and was great experience picking up the car.

The whole process was conducted extremely well Jack Osman (sales executive) could not have been more helpful. Very prompt in dealing with issues raised and very thorough. Handover day was particularly impressive both my wife and I were delighted.
